Student Information
Welcome to the Advanced Business Institute (ABI)! As a student, you can access important resources and guidance to support your learning journey. Below, you’ll find essential information to help you get started, including how to set up your Unique Student Identifier (USI), access your Student Handbook, and download key policies and forms.
Unique Student Identifier (USI)
Following the requirements for nationally recognised training, all students need a Unique Student Identifier (USI) to enrol in any ABI course. Your USI helps keep track of your academic achievements and ensures your qualifications are accessible online, making it easy to verify your skills in the future.
To create or locate your USI, visit www.usi.gov.au and follow the instructions. You’ll need to provide your USI to complete your ABI enrolment.
What it costs and how your fees are protected
The total course fee for the BSB50120 Diploma of Business is $2,500. This includes access to all course materials, assessments, and support services throughout your enrolment.
A non-refundable enrolment fee of $250 is charged separately and covers the cost of assessing your eligibility, processing your application, and setting up your learning account.
Once enrolled, your tuition is securely held in an escrow account managed by CRAMZET Pty Ltd. Funds are only transferred to Advanced Business Institute after the census date for each unit, which is five business days after your enrolment into that unit.
This process ensures your tuition is protected and only released once your place in the course is confirmed. Each transfer is tied to your academic progression, reinforcing accountability and financial security

Proof of Identification
Before you can begin your course, all students must provide certified copies of identification documents. These must include valid photo identification, such as a passport, driver’s licence, or national identity card. Certification confirms the documents are true copies of the originals and must be completed by an authorised person.
If you are an offshore student, you are required to complete this step through an authorised verification agency. For students located in Hong Kong, Guangdong or Macau, this process is managed exclusively by Individual House, our approved partner. They will assist you in gathering and submitting the correct documents to ensure your enrolment can proceed smoothly.
Providing clear and certified identification helps us verify your eligibility and safeguard the integrity of your qualification.
